The best way to say goodbye to allergies is to use vitamin C in your meals as much as you can. According to research, vitamin C is proved to lower histamine levels in your blood. Eventually, this will lower the likelihood of getting seasonal allergies. To elevate vitamin C in your diet, eat fresh fruits and vegetables which can include kiwifruit, lemon, bell peppers, grapefruits and further vitamin C capsules.

Although food advisors would not recommend you to eat a fattening meal, they do not mean to keep fatty acids away from your table completely. In reality, fatty acids too are essential in your meal. And, if you have allergies, your meals should consist of at least some amount of them. Research has shown that foods which contain fish oil or flaxseed lower the probability of getting seasonal allergies in many people.

A good option is to change your clothes as soon as you come from outdoors. Your clothes might contain different allergens or contaminants that may result in different allergies. When you change your attire, it is better to iron the clothes. This will also lower the likelihood of catching any allergies from dust mites, which might be residing in your wardrobe. If you are prone to allergies each season, pollen would be your biggest opponenet! Therefore, you should keep it distant from your living place as far as you can. While the allergy season, keep the windows and doors of your house closed, so that no pollen enters with the breeze. If you have a pet in your house, train it in such a way that it sweeps off its feet on the mat before it enters the living place. If your allergy is serious, it is better to keep the pet out of the house while the allergy season.

Proper clean-up of your house is the most effective method you can put allergens distant. Keep away the items that can contain pollen, for example pillows and long curtains. You may also prefer to use a vacuum with a HEPA filter to tidy the carpets in your house. Moreover, you can also fix air purifiers in your room. Keep them operating all day while the season for allergies. This will keep the air free of any allergy-causing pollutants. Another option is to fix a dehumidifier while the moist season. This will disrupt the growth of fungi and mold while the climate is humid.
